We are heading to Nassau, St. Thomas, San Juan, Puerto Rico and Grand Turk, with the 8th Annual Bell Buckle Music Cruise! Hosted by Valerie Smith & Liberty Pike

Hard Ryde invites you to join us on a trip to Nassau, St. Thomas, San Juan, Puerto Rico and Grand Turk January 2011. Come sail with your friends from Canada, pick some bluegrass, and relax in the Carribean.

The Ship
We will be sailing on Carnival Cruise Line's Glory.

The Glory is 953 feet and 110 tons of boat. It can hold 2,974 people with a staff of 1,150. With room for less than 3000 people, we recommend you make your reservations soon. And be sure to tell them Hard Ryde sent you!

You can escape the winter in January 2011!
The tour departs from Miami, Florida bound for the Nassau, St. Thomas, San Juan, Puerto Rico and Grand Turk . We will be boarding on January 30, 2011 and return seven days later.

Daily Bluegrass Music
Bluegrass music will be performed each day. Jamming is encouraged so bring your instruments. There will be both organized and informal jamming, great for both the experienced and beginning player. We don't recommend bringing your finest instruments for security reasons. It's recommended that you record your instrument's description and serial number.

Activities and Entertainment Galore
The cruise includes tickets to the private bluegrass shows, workshops, seminars and access to private jamming areas. You can also enjoy the regular features of the ship; the casino, the health spa, the shipboard activities and entertainment.

Bring Summer Clothes
Most cruise activities are casual so bring along your casual spring and summer wear. Evenings are occasionally chilly, so you might want to include a light windbreaker for standing out on deck at night. There will be some opportunities for swimming and snorkeling so bring swimwear. There is one formal dinner ,so ladies will want an evening gown and gentlemen will want to bring suit and tie !

Bookings must be made through Bell Buckle Music or Celebration Travel in order to have access to all bluegrass related activites. Once again tell them Hard Ryde sent you!.

Prices are based on double occupancy. Call us for rates on single rooms or triple and quad occupancy. Triple and quad occupancy rooms are limited in number so we recommend early reservations.

Deposits
A deposit of $200 per person is due at the time of booking. Balance shall be due by October 1st. Bookings made after October 1st will require full ticket fare due at booking. We will accept bookings through January 15, 2011 or until we have sold our reserved block, whichever comes first. We accept payment via check, money order, Visa or Mastercard.

What's Included
Your cruise will include tickets to bluegrass shows, workshops, seminars and access to set-aside jamming areas. Four nights accommodations. All meals including 24 hour room service. Access to the casino, health spa, shipboard activities and entertainment, childrens' activites plus stops at all four locations!

What's NOT Included
Shore excursions; alcoholic beverages and sodas; telephone calls, internet service, photographs, gratuities, medical services, dry cleaning, spa services, etc.

What do I need to board
New regulations have been made into law which will require ALL travelers to the Caribbean to have Passports. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. If you're planning to attend the cruise, now is the time to apply for your passports

Legal Stuff

Cancellations and Refunds
In accordance with Carnival's policy, tickets will be refundable with no penalty charges up until November 20, 2011. Cancellations between November 21st and December 31, 2011 will result in a 50% per ticket penalty. Cancellations after December 31, 2011 will result in a 100% ticket penalty.

Name or Information Changes
Carnival requires accurate information for passengers for security reasons. When filling out your ticket application, it is important you list your legal name as shown on your I.D. or Passport and double check your address and other information provided. Carnival will use this information to verify your identity. Any changes to your travel information after December 1, 2011 will result in a $50 charge to your account.

Travel Insurance

Transfers
If you should require a transfer from the airport to the port, Celebration Travel can help you. Call them at (800) 426-1994 (800) 426-1994 with your flight information by December 4, 2011.
